Offered both in person, and via zoom! In person classes located near McIntosh and bahia vista (Class size limited for safety, $25 drop in, or buy a package of $200 for 10). Or you can join me in an intense and fun online training via ZOOM. Pay first @heatherpollackrupp on Venmo and I will send you the log in to the class! $20 drop in, $150 for 10, or $150 for the month UNLIMITED. Live RECORDINGS also available for $15 each.
